Privacy policy

Our games don't collect personal information for us. We don't show ads, we don't sell or share data, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.

Effective November 8, 2026. Applies to every game PWCA LLC publishes, on any platform, and to this website.

Who we are

PWCA LLC ("PWCA", "we") is an independent game studio in Bloomington, Indiana. Questions about this policy, or about any information we hold about you, go to pwcagames@gmail.com.

What stays on your device

Your save files, settings, unlocks and local high scores are stored on your own device. They are not sent to us.

What our games send to the store you play on

Our games add no advertising, analytics or tracking tools. Some platform features work through the store's own account system, and those features send a small amount of information to that store, not to us:

  • Meta Quest (Meta Horizon Store). When the game starts, it asks Meta to confirm that your account owns it; this uses your Meta user ID. Achievements you unlock and scores you post are sent to Meta, and leaderboards show your Meta username next to your score.
  • Steam. Achievements you unlock and scores you post are sent to Steam, and leaderboards show your Steam name next to your score. The game reads your Steam language setting to choose its language.

That information is held by Meta or Valve under their own privacy policies (Meta, Valve). Through their developer tools we can see leaderboard entries (a username and a score) and totals such as sales and how many players earned each achievement. We never receive your email address, payment details or real name from them.

Purchases

Every purchase is handled by the store you buy from. We receive sales reports that don't identify you.

The game engine

Our games are built with Unity. Unity may collect limited technical information about your device under its game player privacy policy.

This website

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as your IP address) to deliver and protect the site, under the Cloudflare privacy policy. Links to stores and social sites take you to services with their own policies.

If you email us

We receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, keep it no longer than we need to, and delete it if you ask.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices and how to delete your data

  • Anything we hold (in practice, emails you've sent us): email pwcagames@gmail.com and we'll tell you what we have, correct it or delete it, normally within 30 days.
  • Leaderboard entries: email us with your username and the game, and we'll remove your entry wherever the store lets developers do that.
  • Your store account, achievements and play history: these are controlled by Meta or Valve. Use your account's privacy settings there, or their account deletion tools, which remove the data our games sent.

Wherever you live, we'll honour these requests. That includes the rights given by laws such as the GDPR and UK GDPR, and California's privacy laws. We don't sell or share personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. If a game is about to start collecting something new (for example, an online feature), we'll update this page before that feature ships.
